The candidate seeking to the course shall obtain the prescribed application form from the college and shall submit the duly filled form to the principal of the college of nursing along with the certificate of medical fitness from authorized medical officer stating that the candidate is medically fit to undergo the selected course.
GNM

Candidate seeking admission to first year GNM Course, must have passed the Examination as listed below : Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination/Indian School Certificate Examination(12 years Course) and/or examination recognized as equivalent with 40% or more marks in any stream.
ANM

The Minimum age for admission shall be 17 year on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The Maximum age for admission shall be 30 year. The Minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of 12 years of schooling (10+2 year course) recognized by CBSE/ICSE/SSSCE/HSCE or recognized equivalent examination.
